Our Service

We believe every eyebrow can be beautiful, if only it could have skilled hands that could make it fit perfectly to its face. At Shona, we understand what difference a perfectly defined eyebrow can make in your personality.

Providing an exceptional experience for our customers has been our way of making this difference in the truest sense. A flawless eyebrow should always follow the ACT principle, which is Assessment, Consultation, and Threading.

Eyebrow threading is an ancient hair removal technique that originated in India. Though it may seem like a simple, primitive way to remove hair, our well-trained beauticians know how to make it look superb. Over the past few years, it has gained popularity in the United States, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.

It starts with a loop of cotton thread approximately the thickness of dental floss. They then twist the loop into a number of "knots" in the middle. In the final step, the beautician moves the twisted area rapidly and smoothly across several rows of hair, grasping them and carefully removing them from the follicle.

More Defined Eyebrows

Since it removes hair at the root, you don't get ingrown hairs like with waxing. Plus, it is both faster and less painful than tweezing and is so precise that a single hair can be removed from the root, something that cannot be accomplished with waxing or tweezing. In addition to improving eyebrow definition, threading can be gentle on the skin and help define shapes more precisely.

Chers, Salma Hayek, Jennifer Aniston, and Kathy Najimy are just a few of the celebrities that have turned to this technique to cut off unwanted hair, a topic that is not often spoken of in voguish circles. So, what are you waiting

No harmful Chemicals on your Eyebrows

Unlike a lot of other methods of hair removal, eyebrow threading doesn’t contain any chemicals. In fact, the only thing that is used to remove the unwanted hairs from your brows and upper lip are cotton threads which were mentioned previously. This means there's no risk for an allergic reaction or irritation because it contains no ingredients you might be sensitive too! It's perfect for people who have delicate skin.

No More Pain

Eyebrow threading is a great way to remove the hair in your eyebrows without suffering from any pain. In fact, it can be one of the most comfortable and least painful ways for removing facial or body hair! The cotton threads used are actually not touching your skin during this process - just gently pulling on hairs close to its surface. This makes eyebrow threading an excellent choice when you're looking for something quick that isn't as likely to hurt quite so much either (especially if you know sensitive areas like around our eyes).

Get the Perfection

Accurate eyebrow shaping has never been easier since discovering this old hair removal method called Threading! After all, it doesn't make sense what so ever when someone spends hours perfecting their makeup only to have hairlines drawn over top of them again just a few minutes later (who knows how many times). With accurate shape-shaping from this one simple process - no need at all for those pesky brow pencils or tiny tweezers anymore; thank goodness because they really don’t do any good.

It's Quicker

Threading is an incredibly quick hair removal method. Your eyebrow hair can be removed and shaped within 15 minutes, making it a better option than plucking one by one with tweezers which often takes more time to do so because multiple hairs are pulled out at the same time.

Your eyebrows will look natural as well since you only pull individual strands of excess or unruly eyebrow hairs rather than yanking them all up like with wax strips or laser treatments

It Lasts Longer

Eyebrow threading is the perfect solution for those who are tired of seeing their eyebrows grow back as soon as they tweeze them. Threading lasts up to five weeks, so you save a lot of time on hairs that would otherwise need plucking and saves your efforts!
